What is the best way to apply perfume?
For an optimal experience:
Spray on pulse points: wrists, behind the ears, or base of the neck.
Hold the bottle about 30 cm (12 inches) from the skin for a fine mist.
Avoid rubbing wrists together, which can alter the scent’s evolution.

Avoid delicate fabrics to prevent staining.
Do not spray directly into eyes, mucous membranes, or irritated skin.
If you have sensitive skin, perform a test on the inside of your wrist.
Are Maison Crivelli products hypoallergenic?

Express delivery is available, bringing your fragrance in 2–4 business days.
Standard Shipping for non-continental U.S orders (i.e. Alaska, and Hawaii) can take up to 4 weeks.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Products purchased on maisoncrivelli.us can only be delivered to the United States.

Are shipping fees and duties applied?
Shipping fees depend on your destination.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees—like invisible notes that accompany your fragrance’s journey—are generally the responsibility of the recipient, except in a few countries where these are pre-paid.
These costs cannot be calculated in advance and may vary according to local regulations. We invite you to check your country’s import rules to ensure your Maison Crivelli experience arrives seamlessly.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your fragrance reaches you safely: UPS and USPS.
How is my order packaged?
Your fragrance is presented in Maison Crivelli’s signature packaging, designed to protect and showcase it beautifully.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your fragrance has left our atelier, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow its journey. For added convenience, the “Track My Order” option is also available directly on our main page, allowing you to trace every step of your fragrance’s voyage until it reaches your hands.
What if my order is delayed?
If any delay occurs, our client service team will contact you promptly. We aim to deliver every fragrance quickly and in perfect condition.
What should I do upon receiving my order?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item purchased on maisoncrivelli.com. Each Maison Crivelli fragrance is crafted with care; to ensure a smooth return, the product must remain intact and unopened.
Conditions:

Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, with all accessories.

Returns should include any complimentary samples included with the order.
Exceptions:

Delivery fees are non-refundable; there is a $ 10 return fee.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method once the return is validated. Timeline: up to 14 business days for processing, then 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Can I return or exchange an opened fragrance?
No. For the integrity of the fragrance, products that have been opened or whose packaging shows signs of tampering cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your returned products are received and carefully inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Do you accept international returns?
Maison Crivelli accepts returns only for orders placed and delivered within the same country. International clients are responsible for arranging their own returns; Maison Crivelli cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

While personalized messages are not available, each order is thoughtfully presented in Maison Crivelli terracotta packaging with our signature logo, crafted to delight the senses and transform the moment of unwrapping into a refined olfactory experience.
Do you offer engraving or personalization services?
At present, engraving and customization are not yet available. But behind the scenes, we are carefully crafting the possibility of personalizing your fragrance, and hope to unveil this intimate, bespoke experience very soon, allowing your Maison Crivelli creation to carry a signature as unique as its scent.
Do you offer samples or Discovery Sets?
Yes. With the purchase of any 50 ml or 100 ml fragrance (including the Oud Trilogy), you may select two complimentary samples at checkout to continue your olfactory exploration.
Each Discovery Set also includes a gift code, valid for your next purchase of a 50 ml or 100 ml fragrance from the same collection, extending the Maison Crivelli experience beyond the first encounter.
