All Maison Crivelli fragrances are crafted with exceptional raw materials, carefully selected for their olfactory richness and skin compatibility.

We recommend a patch test before full application, especially for sensitive or reactive skin. 

• Our Extraits de Parfum are vegan. 
• Maison Crivelli does not test on animals.

Foran optimal experience:

Spray on pulse points: wrists, behind the ears, or baseof the neck.

Hold the bottle about 30 cm (12 inches) from the skin for a fine mist.

Avoid rubbing wrists together, which can alter the scent’s evolution.

Maison Crivelli fragrances and products are crafted with the utmost care, selecting ingredients that are gentle and respectful to the skin, in order tominimize the risk of allergic reactions.

However, no cosmetic or fragrance can be guaranteed completely hypoallergenic. We therefore encourage clients, especially those with sensitive skin, to test the products before fully indulging, ensuring that every encounter with our scents is both safe and delightful.

Ordering your Maison Crivelli fragrance is simple: 

1. Select your olfactory discovery and desired size. 
2. Click “Add to basket.” 
3. Once ready, click the basket icon at the top right and select “Check out”. 
4. Log into your account or fill in the requested details. 
5. Choose your payment method. 
6. Review your order summary and confirm. 

You’ll then receive a confirmation email with your order details.

All transactions are encrypted for your security. 

• Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun, it cannot be modified.

If cancellation isn’t possible, you may return the order after receipt, in accordance with our return policy. 

Yes. As soon as your order is validated, you’ll receive an email with:  

• Your order number, 
• A detailed summary of your items, 
• A tracking link (once shipped). 

Once confirmed, orders are prepared with care and usually arrive within 5–7 business days for standard delivery.

Express delivery is available, bringing your fragrance in 2–4 business days. 

Standard Shipping for non-continental U.S orders (i.e. Alaska, and Hawaii) can take up to 4 weeks.

We attempt to fulfill orders within 48 hours of order placement excluding weekends, holidays and holiday observance days. 

Products purchased on maisoncrivelli.us can only be delivered to the United States.

Shipping fees depend on your destination.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees—like invisible notes that accompany your fragrance’s journey—are generally the responsibility of the recipient, except in a few countries where these are pre-paid.

Your fragrance is presented in Maison Crivelli’s signature packaging, designed to protect and show case it beautifully.

Yes. Once your fragrance has left our atelier, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow its journey. For added convenience, the “Track My Order” option is also available directly on our main page, allowing you to trace every step of your fragrance’s voyage until it reaches your hands.

If any delay occurs, our client service team will contact you promptly. We aim to deliver every fragrance quickly and in perfect condition.

Upon the arrival of your fragrance, we invite you to savor the moment and take a careful look at your package. It is the client’s responsibility to: 

• Verify that the products received match your order, 
• Report immediately any discrepancy or error, 
• Inspect the condition of the products upon receipt. 
  

This ensures that every note of your Maison Crivelli experience begins perfectly, from the first unwrapping to the first breath of your fragrance. 

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item purchased on maisoncrivelli.com. Each Maison Crivelli fragrance is crafted with care; to ensure a smooth return, the product must remain intact and unopened. 

Conditions: 

• Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, with all accessories. 
• Returns should include any complimentary samples included with the order. 

Exceptions: 

• Delivery fees are non-refundable; there is a $15 return fee. 
  

Refunds are processed via the original payment method once the return is validated. Timeline: up to 14 business days for processing, then 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

No. For the integrity of the fragrance, products that have been opened or whose packaging shows signs of tampering cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will guide you so that your return is handled smoothly, preserving the elegance of the Maison Crivelli experience.

Once your returned products are received and carefully inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Maison Crivelli accepts returns only for orders placed and delivered within the same country. International clients are responsible for arranging their own returns; Maison Crivelli cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

At present, engraving and customization are not yet available. But behind the scenes, we are carefully crafting the possibility of personalizing your fragrance, and hope to unveil this intimate, bespoke experience very soon, allowing your Maison Crivelli creation to carry a signature as unique as its scent.

Yes. With the purchase of any 50 ml or 100 ml fragrance (including the Oud Trilogy), you may select two complimentary samples at checkout to continue your olfactory exploration.
